compensation, trust, and autonomy for all educators. He believes in an inclusive, diverse, and
world-class education for every child. His extensive educational experience in special education
services, diverse educator recruitment, and student rights and protections have shaped his belief
that these factors are pivotal to the academic success of all students. He will advocate for funding
to support the prompt implementation of the Blueprint to prioritize early childhood education,
teacher diversity, and quality college and career readiness programs, thereby providing more
resources to impoverished students.
