Exciting news for Frederick County residents! Habitat for Humanity is offering an incredible opportunity for low to moderate-income households to become First Time Home Buyers in downtown Frederick through their Home Buyer program.

The West All Saints Street Project will transform historic properties at 100, 104, and 108 W. All Saints Street—known for their iconic mural—into 12 affordable housing units. This $4 million project, Habitat’s biggest to date, will give new life to buildings that have sat empty for over 20 years, bringing stability, strength, and community to the area. Six units are set to be completed by early 2025!

Available units include:

- A 2-bedroom/1-bath ADA-compliant unit

- A 3-bedroom/2.5-bathroom unit

- Three 2-bedroom/1-bath units

For this opportunity, applicants must:

- Live or work in Frederick County for at least a year

- Have a qualifying FICO credit score of 580 or higher

- Meet income guidelines (50%–80% of Area Median Income)

This is a fantastic chance to own a home and be part of revitalizing a vibrant neighborhood in Frederick!

If anyone is interested and meets the eligibility requirements listed above, fill out the Home Buyer Interest Form or spread the word to someone you know!
