The Frederick Chapter of the NAACP and Frederick County Progressives will hold a virtual Town Hall with US Representative Jamie Raskin on Thursday, September 2^nd at 7 pm. The event will be held online via Zoom and will allow voters an opportunity to learn about important issues facing our community.

During the event, Congressman Raskin will speak on the issues of election reform and take questions from the community. Individuals hoping to attend should sign up at FrederickProgressives.com in order to receive a zoom invitation.

Congressman Jamie Raskin represents Maryland’s 8th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. The district includes Montgomery, Carroll, and Frederick Counties. Congressman Raskin was sworn into his third Term at the start of the 117th Congress on January 3, 2021.
